The mission of Exit 30 Collective is to raise awareness for charitable causes in North Carolina by partnering local charities with Wildcat student athletes who choose to use their platform to support the philanthropic work that continues to improve our communities.

Ernie Reigel (Director, President) holds a B.A. from Davidson College ('80) and a J.D. from the College of William & Mary ('83). Ernie was a four year letter winner for the Men's Basketball team at Davidson, serving as a captain his senior year. He has spent the majority of his professional career practicing law for Moore & Van Allen, PLL
Ernie Reigel (Director, President) holds a B.A. from Davidson College ('80) and a J.D. from the College of William & Mary ('83). Ernie was a four year letter winner for the Men's Basketball team at Davidson, serving as a captain his senior year. He has spent the majority of his professional career practicing law for Moore & Van Allen, PLLC in Charlotte, NC, where he spent 15 years as Chairman of the firm. Ernie also has served on the Davidson College Board of Trustees, Charlotte Latin School Board of Trustees (Chair), and Charlotte Center City Partners Board of Directors (Chair). Ernie currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
Will Thoni (Director, Vice President) holds a B.A. from Davidson College ('14). Will was a one time letter winner for the Men's Basketball team at Davidson, and went on to serve as a member of the coaching staff from 2014-2019. Rusty Reigel (Director, Secretary, Treasurer) holds a B.A. from Davidson College ('18). Rusty was a four year letter winner for the Men's Basketball team at Davidson, serving as team captain in his junior and senior seasons. Rusty is the Co-Founder & Partner at the GreenLyte Group in Charlotte, and also serves as a Volunteer Change Agent for Apparo. Rusty currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
